Disclaimer: Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), State and local governments, businesses, and nonprofit organizations that serve the public generally must allow service dogs to accompany people with disabilities in all areas of the facility where the public is allowed to go. Staff may ask two questions for verification: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform? Covered entities may not require documentation, such as proof that the animal has been certified, trained, or licensed as a service animal, as a condition for entry.

Registration is also not required for service dogs. The individuals herein have entered their animals in this registry voluntarily. Inclusion in this registry requires a self-certification from the handler that they have a disability and a dog that meets all ADA service dog requirements. Service Dog Certifications does not independently verify these certifications and makes no representations or warranties regarding the status of any person or animal named in this registry. This registry does not convey, confer or confirm any legal rights or establish whether a person has a qualifying disability or eligible assistance animal.
